		<description>Excellent coverage as usual.  However,...  I would be careful how you refer to Ken Starr. 
Yes, infamous for his Monicagate shenanigans, but famous for his central and critical 
involvement in the Granholm case.  Starr was all set to argue the wineries side along with
Kathleen Sullivan, but Scott Bullock, I think it was, of the Institute of Justice, representing
one set of plaintiffs, insisted on going before the bench.  Mr. Starr continued to advise,
running the mock court practice, etc.
