This ultimately will limit consumer choice since wine can come only from a winery, not an auction house, broker, out-of-state retailer.

HB 429 is a horrendous bill. It strips all out of state retailers and California's 17/20-licensed wineries from being able to ship into IL.

There will be hundreds of CA wineries that will not be able to ship into IL.

Worst of all, IL consumers will lose access to thousands of wines.
