This bill pased through so quietly there are people in the wine industry who were not even aware that it was in the legislature. It is to bad in this day and age that big business always wins. This whole isssue is about the wholesale distrubutors want to keep all the profits and letting the hard working small business people go under. I wish we could all just stop buying through the wholesalers but that's impossible. So just remember to support your local vineyards as much as possible. AND at every opportunity voice your opinon about the close mined money hungry wholesalers who obviously contribute very very well to their politcians. And buy before October 1st.

It seems pretty clear that they have simply converted milliters to liters. So one case =
12x750 ml = 9 liters.
