		<description>At the top of your list, I would put revision of bond requirements to something that makes sense as I find requiring a $1,000 bond to make sure I pay the taxes that I self-assess a bit strange, and expensive. </description>

Amen to that.  How can we mobilize this effort?  As a resident of Pennsylvania, I fully expect that we will be the last state to make any changes.  However, as you mentioned, states look to each other...the more that make the leap to more sensible practices, the sooner that PA will become the last state to adopt them.  I&#039;d like to know how we can get this grassroots movement mobilized...an thoughts?
