		<description>So, at the end of the day New Hampshire is closing loopholes for those not licensed, is that a good way to sum it up?  Personally, being licensed in the state and shipping there only rarely while having to deal with the monthly paperwork....I can&#039;t say I&#039;m upset that larger competitors will need to be more properly licensed. </description>
