See our recent post for the details of the clarification from the Indiana ATC. Now that the Wine Institute recommends to members that they apply for a permit and begin shipping into Indiana, are you going to add Indiana to your list of shipping states? Were you planning on shipping there anyway? I'm curious to hear the perspective of wineries on this one.

We would like to be able to ship to IN but have a distributor in the state.
