   The following was an attendee question from the ShipCompliant Virtual Seminar held on October 26th, 2007:
   What is the latest news on changes by the former reciprocity states (Iowa, New Mexico & West Virginia)? Is there anything happening with the "direct shipment not permissible states"? Any changes in reporting requirements from states changing their current status (Missouri, Oregon for example)?
